How To Deal With Depression

Hello everyone I hope you had a great day at school or if your off for some reason I hope your having a swell day. On todays post I will talk about how to deal with depression I know many people who is/was struggling with depression, I once had depression but luckly it went away after 1 year. So I will begin with how to deal with depression, let begin.


No.1~ Listen to music. I've heard that music helps a lot in many situations it is actually one of things that got me out depressions. Listen to your favourtite songs and make it into a playlist from the most liked songs to you least you could do it the other way around.

No.2~ Watch funny YouTube videos. If you watch funny YouTube video it will make you laugh and you will feel good about yourself, this will put you in a good mood. I  recommend you watch the YouTuber ricexgum he is the most funniest YouTuber I've ever watched on YouTube.

No.3~ Go outside. If you love the rain go outside and enjoy the moment spin around, get your hair wet, running, laugh, have fun be yourself. You could spend this fun moment with someone special to you.Or if you love the sun go out and enjoy the sun run and admire the landscape remained yourself that your in a world with some beautiful things.

No.4~ Have some sleep. You should have at least 8 hours of sleep everyday if you dont you will feel tired and grumpy and if your grumpy and someone makes you upset you will feel miserable. Please have at least 8 hours of sleep.

No.5~ Hang out with people who make you happy. If you hang out with people that make you happy you will become happy and if you become happy your depression will slowly fade away. Surround yourself with people that make you laugh and smile. If you cant find anymore that makes you laugh and smile then you can talk to me and hopefully I will make you feel better snapchat- missstrange22x




Hopefully this post help if you have depression. Many people struggle and I understand, I do, it is so hard and you feel like you want to disappear, runway and leave this earth but you were brought to this world for a reason. Girl's Essential For Everyday Life

Hi everyone! One today's post I will tell you all what essential I think all girls and boys need in our daily life. This post will be aimed at girls and boys so I'll do a section of girl and do the next of boys. Mini Bag That Can Fits Theses Things;                                               
*Pads (you never know)
*Hand-gel for any sticky/disgusting things you have touched (e.g spit)
*Chap-sick for chap dry lips
*Earphones for blocking anyone out
*Tissues for them embarrassing moments
*Deodorant for getting sweaty
*Gum for them stinky breathes 
*Hair brushes/clips/bobbles
*Makeup remover (if you wear makeup)

Keep in safe place;
*Phone

*Snack bars
( for missing breakfast and snacks)

*A bottle of water if you feel dehydrated

Summer Holiday Bucket List

Hello! Guys and girl. On todays post I will give some ideas to you all about what to put in your summer bucket list. These are some thing I have put in my list and I do really hope you have taken some of mine because then we might have at least something in common. Just one step closer to a new friendship.




*Fair/Amusement park.       
*Have a bonfire night.
*Roast marshmallow.
*Swim in a ocean.
*Run 10K.
*Go to a concert.
*Go for a bike rides.
*Shopping.
*Vist a zoo.
*Pull a all nighter.
*Volunteer.
*Do a DIY.
*Take at least one picture everyday of the holiday.
*Climb a tree.
*Food fight.
*Have water fight.
*Vist a forest (a safe one not one with foxes.
  and other dangerous animals I dont want 
  you guys to be injured or worse).
*Go fishing.
*Say yes to everything for a day.
*Dye your hair a wild colour.

5 Anxiety hacks (first post)!

Hi everyone today I will talk about 5 Anxiety Hacks I use. Many people have anxiety disorder or might just have anxiety, either way it is quiet frightening and will effect you. This is my first post but it wouldn't be the last I really hope this post helps people and if it does please comment down below. Also comment down ideas of what I should do for my next blog post x


No.1~ Create a playlist of your favourite songs so when you have a anxiety/panic attack just play it and you will feel relaxed. 

No.2~ Look at the weather or find your safe spot. I love the rain and I love the forest so I would look up if it was raining and it would clam me down, but if it wasn't raining I would look at pictures of rain and as for forest I would go to a forest (thats my safe spot). Find your safe spot and comment down what it is. 

No.3~ Write down all the things you love about yourself and when you feel like your anxiety levels are going up you can just get the sheet out and read it . If you are struggling of thinking about what you love about yourself ask a friend.


No.4~ Take a deep breathe close you eyes and slowly outline your hands. This relaxes you and lets you breathe normally.

No.5~Find one thing you like for example I love drawing, if I love drawing it will help me clam down. So just find one thing you like/love and hopefully it will clam you down.

Remember if you are in school and you feel like you are going to have a total breakdown just get up and leave the classroom. At the end of the class (when you have calmed down) tell your teacher that you were going to have a breakdown so she/he wouldn't suspect that you were just skipping class. Tell your teacher that you have really bad anxiety and that this might happen again, and ask them what you should do in the future when this happens again.
